General Membership Agreement

This document establishes the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the International Business Christian Chamber of Commerce (IBCCC) and its members. By purchasing any membership level, the subscriber agrees to comply with the stipulations detailed herein.

Section 1

Nature of Services and Benefits

IBCCC acts as a platform for connection, training, and business facilitation. Annual membership fees grant the subscriber the right of belonging and access to an exclusive network, as well as the right to request services or participate in events, always under the specific conditions of each benefit.

Section 2A

Basic Membership

$299 USD / yearly

The purchase of a Basic Membership grants the right to access administrative and advertising services under a preferential rate scheme through discounts.

Company and Business Page Creation

The membership does not include the cost of management or registration. It gives access to an exclusive discount on such services, subject to availability and local legal requirements.

Advertising Support

Advisory and technical support will be offered under a reduced hourly or project cost scheme, subject to applicable conditions.

Monthly Promotional Letter

This dissemination tool is technologically integrated into the IBCCC platform, and its use and reach are subject to the Chamber’s internal communication regulations.

Legal Clarification

The $299 USD payment corresponds strictly to the member status maintenance fee and does not constitute advance payment for the execution of the services described above, which may be subject to additional charges after the application of the corresponding discount.

Section 2B

Premium Membership

$499 USD / yearly

This level grants access to high-level contact networks, subject to conditions regarding eligibility, logistics, scheduling, and availability.

Business Roundtables and National Networks

Participation and promotion in these spaces are subject to space conditions, business profile, and institutional calendars.

Group Mentoring

Access to sessions is subject to scheduling conditions and mentor availability.

Events, Breakfasts, and Dinners

The membership grants the right of invitation and priority access to the purchase of tickets. The annual membership fee does not cover entry, food, transportation, or access tags. All participation costs are the sole responsibility of the member.

Section 2C

Executive Membership

$999 USD / yearly

A senior management level that facilitates international connections, subject to security regulations, eligibility requirements, and third-party confirmations.

Dinners with Leaders and International Events

The benefit consists of managing the invitation and diplomatic/business liaison. Effective participation is subject to security, protocol, and third-party confirmation.

Recognition Titles

IBCCC acts as a facilitator in the management of procedures. Obtaining titles is subject to external legal conditions, compliance with requirements, and payment of applicable government fees.

International Travel and Forums

Participation in international delegations is subject to visa conditions, availability of spots, and the member’s financial standing. IBCCC does not cover transportation, lodging, or per diem expenses.

Section 3

Limitation of Liability

IBCCC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel specific benefits based on force majeure, changes in international regulations, or breach of ethics codes by the member. Discounts and promotions are neither cumulative nor transferable.

Section 4

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any controversy arising from these terms shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and/or competent international courts as appropriate to the nature of the service.

Membership purchase and continued participation within the Chamber imply understanding and acceptance of the conditions, limitations, and responsibilities described on this page.
